The full design and decoration of all your guests' tables, main tables, and ceremony space plus complete setup and breakdown are included in this service. The Event Room offers a cocktail hour for your guest. This includes hors d'oeuvres menu that you select while our bartender keeps the cocktails coming.

All tables and chairs for up to 120 guests are included in our packages. Banquet Chairs are provided. However you can upgrade your package with elegant Chivari chairs.

The Event Room is already fabulous but if it’s your desire to take it up a notch our drapery & stunning crystal chandeliers will add to the elegance.

At The Event Room, our clients enjoy a flexible and stress-free planning experience The bartender service allows our clients to explore the opportunity to provide their own beverages, whether you decide to create a specific menu or drop off inventory for our bartender to get creative, we will portion control the consumption, keep inventory safe, follow any recipes provided, and chill all beverages. Our clients love the ability of purchasing their own beverages while not incurring in any per-person expenses or deposit charges for their bar.

Our day-of-event coordinator will manage your event beginning to end. This service ensures that a professional coordinator will direct all your hired professionals on the day of the event, adjust the timeline as needed, and manage your personal inventory.

Explore the flexibility of bringing your food from your favorite restaurant or family chef and let us manage it. This service provides you beautiful stainless steel chafers, utensils, sternos, and a manager.

While other venues and party planners require you to work with their approved vendors, you can rest assured that you will be able to choose who you work with for your special day when you let us host your event.This means that you have the option to bring in food (outside caterers fee) and alcohol ( licensed bartender required) in addition to any other vendors that you choose. While We do have an on-site catering, as well as a preferred list of vendors to help you with your vendor search we want your experience to be at your leisure. We ask that all vendors provide us with a copy and proof of liability insurance.
