The Event Room, LLC provides event venue rental and event planning services in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, including but not limited to:
- Venue rental for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, and private events
- Executive event planning and coordination
- Catering and dining services
- Referrals to preferred vendors (photography, hair & makeup, bar services, cake designers, etc.)
3. Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm.
- Booking details, including pricing, payment schedules, and cancellation terms, will be outlined in your individual Event Agreement.
- A consultation may be required prior to booking to ensure we can accommodate your event needs.
4. Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Event Agreement.
- Remaining balances are due per the payment schedule outlined in your Event Agreement.
- We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if payment obligations are not met.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your individual Event Agreement. Please review your agreement carefully. General terms include:
- Cancellations made within a specified notice period may forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations due to venue-side issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis with appropriate remedies offered.
6. SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to The Event Room, LLC and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from The Event Room, LLC related to your inquiry, booking, or promotional communications.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive messages about appointment reminders, booking status, or special offers.
- Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time to any message received from us. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Your phone number and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive our services without opting in to text messages.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring guests adhere to venue rules and policies during the event
- Any damages to the venue or property caused by the client or their guests
- Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during the event
8. Limitation of Liability
The Event Room, LLC's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including circumstances beyond our control (weather, vendor failure, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on fwbeventroom.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of The Event Room, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
